Sequeirinha is the result of the best wines from Quinta das Sequeirinhas, which, with its old vines, is among the best wineries in the Douro Valley. The Quinta is located on the left bank of the river. The Douro Valley has been the family's home for many generations. The vineyards are situated high (up to 180 meters) and on steep slopes, where the warm days and cool nights by the river provide perfect growing conditions. Therefore, the work in the vineyards is done manually, as it has been for many generations. The pressing is done by hand or rather with
